We do our best to get our products to you quickly, accurately and without damage.
Please keep in mind that some products may take a day to a week to make/prepare for shipping before they leave the studio.
If there are any shipping or delivery issues, we will do our best to work with you to remedy the situation.
In the event of a lost or stolen package, we may not always be able to offer a free replacement, and may require a contribution towards the shipping cost of the new package.
In the event of a damaged or unsatisfactory product, we will offer to send a replacement once the original has been shipped back to us. In the event of a return, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping in order to claim a refund of the original purchase amount.
Returns and Refunds
Returns will be remitted upon receival of the original product back to the studio. The original cost of the purchase will be returned, and customer will be responsible for return shipping cost.
